We are looking for responsible, reliable and organized team members to be the face of A Place To Float. It is critical to ensure clients are comfortable, happy and satisfied resulting in return visits. A team member is a facilitator to educate clients on the process as well as the benefits of Floating. The right person will be a great source to create referral and word of mouth business for the Organization. Must be detail-oriented, time conscious and precise, and provide great customer service. Smokers need not apply.

CONCIERGE
- Educate clients and make them comfortable
- Meet and greet and check-in clients
- Maintain clean and sterile environment – must enjoy cleanliness and order
- Co-create an inviting culture
- Schedule appointments and enroll clients in memberships
- Demonstrate to clients how to use the services (tour guide)
- Call clients to remind them of upcoming and missed appointments
- Perform a checklist of activities in a set period of time
FACILITY OPERATOR
- Maintaining equipment, chemistry, cleanliness and functionality of float rooms, cleanliness and functionality of restrooms and all appliances, furniture and property
- Responsible for maintaining proper use, storage and inventory of all chemicals, salt and other solvents/liquids
- Keep maintenance supply areas, closets and work areas neatly maintained
- Inspect overall building, furniture, walls, floors and other components of facility and report and repair as needed
- Create positive and encouraging working relationships
FLOAT CONSULTANT
- Responsible for Membership Sales including leading presentations, attaining sales goals/targets, developing sales leads, membership documents adherence and issues related to member/session satisfaction and certain customer relations practices
- Responsible for Excellence in positioning APTF brand, inclusive of front desk operations,
- Keep all Sales reporting requirements up to date and in good order
- Perform/support functions as may be uniquely requested at times
- Create positive and encouraging working relationships
