Please be aware that A Place To Float reserves the right to charge for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Refunds, Rebookings & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with any product or service obtained at A Place To Float, please let us know promptly! We want to make it right for you.

For services received on premises at A Place To Float, please let us know of any problems within 7 days; for retail products purchased, within 30 days. We will provide rebooking, exchange, service credit, or refund according to the problem (at our discretion).

Memberships can be cancelled at any time without penalty by contacting or by phone at 317-426-2625. Membership benefits will continue for the duration of the paid term.

Memberships will be automatically renewed until cancelled.

All booking and payment details are held on a secure server. The communication of all sensitive information, including personal details and credit card information, is encrypted through the use of the secure server and your web browser.
